John
has been a Mortgage Broker since 1987 after a 20 year bank lending career
with Security Pacific Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and Bank of Sonoma County
(WestAmerica Bank). .
He is a graduate from California State University, Northridge and holds a California Real Estate Broker License. He specializes in commercial construction loans, take-out financing for commercial and apartment projects, and private loans.
He also works with private lenders and is responsible for administrating the private lender portfolio.

Pamela K. Graziano - Vice President
Pamela
has 18 years of banking experience with the Bank of Sonoma County (WestAmerica).
She began Mortgage Brokering in 1987, and works with clients needing
residential, apartment, small commercial loans and private borrowers.
Pamela also holds a California Real Estate Brokers License.
